In conjunction with the QLD Department of Environment and Heritage Protection Bay Technologies held the 2013 MINCOR Customer Conference.

The Western Australian Department of Sport and Recreation have completed a rigorous tender process selecting Bay Technologies as their preferred supplier to meet their Correspondence Management and Tracking requirements.

A deal to extend the use of Bay Technologies’ Correspondence Management solution MINCOR has been reached by Brisbane City Council (BCC) and Bay Technologies.

A number of Bay Technologies staff have returned from the highly successful and informative GovCamp Conference held on Saturday March 3rd, 2012.

Bay Technologies has recently secured a software development contract with the Environmental Protection and Regulatory Group NSW. This is to develop a call centre registration system, to manage the in excess of 100,000 calls received each year.

Six months after going live with Bay Technologies’ Ministerial Correspondence Tracking Software – MINCOR, the Western Australian Department of the Attorney General have been able to identify clear improvements in their correspondence processing.

After the completion of the tendering process, the Western Australian Department for Child Protection has selected MINCOR as its system of choice for the handling and tracking of Ministerial, Executive and Departmental Correspondence.

Bay Technologies has commenced the roll-out of an upgrade to its Customer Support Management processes branded “Support 2.0” – a more proactive approach to supporting its customers!
