B'moreAbilities Special Arts Center and Carroll County's own Speech PATHways have announced they will begin joining forces this summer to bring the special needs community of Westminster unlimited options in the world of creative expression.

New styles of dance programs are sweeping across Maryland. Organizations devoted to area youth and special needs populations are rolling out the red carpet and inviting the community to boogie with B'moreAbilities Special Arts Center.

Special needs students, including the wheelchair bound, will soon have the opportunity to enjoy "DanceAbility" classes in a wide range of Baltimore metro locations.
