Hotel reservations system supplier Bookassist has announced a full-featured location-aware booking application for Apple iPhone and mobile devices merging mobility and hotel sales for its hotel clients and embedding hotel reviews, mapping and more.

Dublin-based hotel booking technology and online strategy firm Bookassist (bookassist.org) has announced the integration of its award-winning online booking engine with the protel (protel-hotel-software.com) hotel property management system (PMS).

Vienna-based Starlight Suites Hotels (starlighthotels.com) announces a partnership agreement with international technology firm Bookassist to use Bookassist's advanced group booking engine and Trafficbuilder online strategy management service.

The Bewley's Hotels Group has recorded a sharp increase in direct online booking revenue in the final quarter of 2009. The change has coincided with the group's adoption of Bookassist booking technology and online marketing strategy in October 2009.
