Bornstein & Song FSSI-BMO Survey will provide data of the displacement of small businesses and job loss. The survey responses will be used to determine the Economic and Social Costs of Job Loss for a Cost Benefit Analysis.

This Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) National Survey will assess the displacement of small business and the resulting job loss on the U.S. Economy since the inception of the FSSI in June 2010 to June 2015.

On June 29, 2015, a Supreme Court decision recognized the need for a Cost-Benefit Analysis. Congress should consider this decision in legislation on the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI)
