Parkside Fitness had a fantastic charity open day on the 14th of December, in order to promote the gym opening in January. There was a fantastic turn out and just under half the people who attended decided to take up a membership with the gym.

Parkside Gym is a new and exciting fitness club establishment opening up in Matlock this December. To celebrate this exciting occasion they have decided to throw a "Family Day" and invite everyone along to come and join in the festivities.

The ISMM would like to congratulate all the finalists of BESMA this year. The finalists were announced on Monday the 25th of November.
