Cresa Madison

Cresa Madison represented The Art Commission, LLC in a relocation from their current Premises at Tenney Plaza on Capitol Square to The Cantwell Building, located at 121 South Pinckney Street. The Art Commission will occupy their new space in August.

Ross Rikkers, previously a Vice President of Cresa, has been named a Partner with the firm. Rikkers has been with the company since 2010 and is regarded as one of the leading commercial real estate brokers in Madison.

Concero Search Partners is a national, independently-owned, retained search consulting firm. Concero engaged Cresa to assist them in identifying and securing an office location that would be flexible enough to support their continued growth.

Cresa Madison represented InfoSec Institute, Inc. (www.infosecinstitute.com) on a lease transaction for their Madison office space at 2 South Carroll Street in downtown Madison. InfoSec Institute will occupy their new space in August, 2013.

Cresa Madison represented University Houses Preschool in a relocation from their current premises to 6033 Odana Road on Madison’s West Side. University Houses Preschool will occupy their new space in August, prior to the start of the school year.

Cresa Milwaukee represented 8-Twelve MVP Bar and Grill in the lease of its second location in the Milwaukee area at Bayshore Town Center.

Cresa Madison represented Kicks Unlimited in a relocation from their former premises at 2831 Parmenter Street to 3170 Deming Way in Middleton. Kicks Unlimited occupied their new space on May 1st, 2013.

Cresa Milwaukee is proud to announce the addition of our new Associate, Shannon Mayer. Cresa continues to grow and has already added three brokers since January 2013.

Cresa Madison represented Amatis Controls in their acquisition of a new site located at 8710 Montclair Drive in Middleton. Amatis occupied their new space as of April 1, 2013.
