Although the outcome of this years Triple Crown is undecided, The Untold Story of Joe Hernandez:The Voice of Santa Anita by Rudolph Valier Alvarado has received three national book awards.
Rudolph Alvarado’s award winning biography, The Untold Story of Joe Hernandez, has been named a finalist for a second national book award. On April 5, he was awarded the 2009 Dr. Tony Ryan Book Award.
