Capital Corp had entered into a funding agreement with its client back in August 2012 to provide funding for a Bahamas masterplan resort. The reason for this parting of ways was the defaulting of the client on the Investment Proposal that was signed.

Capital Corp Merchant Banking has entered into a $156 million funding agreement with a Waste-To-Energy company based out of the US state of Tennessee. The funding agreement was engineered by Capital Corp’s President and CEO, Mr Gilles Herard, Jr.

Capital Corp Merchant Banking is pleased to announce that it has signed a formal Investment Proposal with Zambian corporation Playland Limited to create the Cresta Mukuni Safari Lodge Victoria Falls. This is a project worth $15.4 million.
