Sanko Line, Japan owned Offshore Support Vessel Sanko Angel was allocated emergency drydock space at short notice proving Colombo’s ability serve the demanding needs of her callers.

The tanker Selandang Permata (45,974 DWT) owned by Aurora tankers / Managed by MSI Ship Management, Singapore, called in for routine drydock repairs during the month of March 2010.

Owned by Sanmar Shipping, Chennai India- Sanmar Serenade a tanker returned back for to fulfil her drydocking requirements during April 2010.

Colombo Dockyard’s repair sector was fully engaged when Komrowski Befrachtungskontor KG, Germany placed MV. Providence for lay-up repairs.

Offshore Support Vessel Bourn Viking called in for routine drydocking and lay-up repairs during April end March 2010. This offshore support vessel is owned by Bourbon Offshore, one of the biggest offshore fleet owners in the world.

Colombo Dockyard PLC (CDPLC) delivered the first of a series of four 78 m Multipurpose Platform Supply Vessels for Greatship Global Offshore Services Pvt Limited of Singapore on the 14th April 2010.

Cardiff Marine Inc. Greece owned Motor Tanker Delos called in with collision damages to her shipside, the tanker suffered damaged while at Chittagong anchorage and the owners decided to place the vessel in Colombo for permanent repairs.
