Free Comic Book Day is this Saturday, May 7th, from 10:00 am till 5:00 pm. Comic Zone will be hosting a number of artists and writers, including J. Scooter Harris, Tom Laveen, Andy Costello, and the best selling fantasy author, Diana Gabaldon.

Saturday, May 1st, 2010 is Free Comic Book Day at Comic Zone in Scottsdale, AZ. Join us for free comics. Meet Tom Leveen, author of the young adult novel, PARTY. Special appearance - black-costumed Spider-Man, and much more.

On Dec 5th, 10am to 8 pm, four guest artists help Comic Zone celebrate their first year in business: Tosh Delaney, Tony Parker, Ben Glendenning, and Jay Fotos. Of the Earth Belly Dance Troupe will entertain customers, and chocolate cake will be had.

Comic Zone announces policy to award students for academic achievement with a weekend Back to School sale of 15% off all products, featuring limited editions of comics to support the Kids Need to Read Foundation, and a raffle of educational material.

Do-It-Yourself Con is the brainchild of STUMP Comix founder and owner, Tosh Delaney. He's rounding up some of the Valley's best self-publishing comic creators, as well as musical guests, to come in and celebrate complete freedom in the comics world.

Comic Zone is having a party from 6:00 - 8:00 pm to celebrate six months as the only comic book store in Scottsdale. Come and join us for sparking cider, hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction, raffle, music, and sales galore!

Comic Zone celebrates Star Wars Day on May 25, 2009 by featuring Star Wars comic books, memorabilia and paraphernalia, as well as showing Star Wars clips throughout the day and offering discounts for folks in costume.

Comic Zone participates in FCBD. Special events include FREE Comics, Supergirl and the Hulk will be in store. The EDGE 107.5 FM radio station will be visiting. Games, coloring, caricatures, artists showcases and music will also be featured.

Comic Zone of Scottsdale, AZ presents Villains Day on April 25th. We are hosting the WorldWide Villains, with comic books and merchandise for autographs. We will also be featuring Stump Comix. Come dressed as a villain for a free comic book.
