For Chicago native, Jacqueline Jones, golf has become an integral part of her professional and personal life. Ms. Jones became a golf biomechanist and a strength and conditioning specialist as a ‘retirement’ career.

The Second Annual Professional Women and Golf Day will kick off the North Texas LPGA Shootout, April 29, 2014. The tournament will be held at Las Colinas Country Club May 01-04, 2014. Dallas Golf has graciously donated 100 putters for the event.

EWGA’s new book Teeing Up For Success

Teeing up for Success is a compilation of stories of over 30 professional women inspired by the game of golf and how it has influenced their lives personally and professionally.

Numerous volunteers are needed to help at the North Texas LPGA Shootout and is a great opportunity for the volunteers to mingle with players and participants.

An event was recently held at Brookhaven Country Club to kickoff this year’s events for the Dallas Chapter of EWGA, with nearly 100 business and professional women attending.

Alice Wilson, Business Consultant, Social Strategy at Southwest Airlines will present at the upcoming SMB Dallas meeting on how Southwest Airlines has successfully embraced social media, primarily Facebook.
