SB Real Estate Partners ("SBREP") has acquired Azura Apartments, a 387-unit garden style multifamily community in Phoenix, AZ for $91 million.  The property will be rebranded as Portola North Phoenix.

Vista Investment Group has acquired SoCo Apartments, a 122-unit multifamily community located in Austin, TX. It is the Los Angeles-based private investment firm's first multifamily investment in the Texas Capital.

TruAmerica Multifamily, owner and operator of more than 3,000 multifamily units in the Phoenix metro, has acquired Rise on Peoria, a 164-unit garden-style apartment community for $45.4 million.

Laguna Point Properties has acquired the 996-unit The Harmon at 370, the largest multifamily community in Las Vegas, in an off-market transaction valued at $126 million.

DB Capital Management (DB Capital) has acquired Cleo Apartments, a 142-unit multifamily community in the Lowry submarket of Denver for $38 million. Built in 1979, the Cleo features large one- and two-bedroom floor plans on a low-density site plan.

TruAmerica Multifamily has acquired Villas at West Road, a 240-apartment home community located in northwest Houston.

Mesa West Capital has provided $167.8 million in first mortgage debt to Crestlight Capital to finance the acquisition of SouthPark Towers, a 534,263-square-foot office complex  in Charlotte, N.C.

Haven Realty Capital ("Haven") in joint venture with funds managed by Yieldstreet, has closed on the first phase of a $28.6 million acquisition of Hartman Hill, a 71-home purpose-built single family rental housing community in Chattanooga, TN.

Investor demand for multifamily assets continue to grow in Southern California's Inland Empire

BH Properties, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment  company, has acquired a 120,191-square-foot suburban commercial office campus in Monterey Park, CA from Blue Shield of California in a $15 million sale/leaseback transaction.
