The Delray Beach CRA has selected a development team led by Equity Enterprises USA to redevelop 6.23 acres of downtown property along the West Atlantic Avenue corridor. The development team includes a local architect firm and general contractor.

The Delray Beach CRA will hear presentations from 3 development teams competing for a chance to redevelop 6.23 acres of land along the West Atlantic Avenue corridor in downtown Delray Beach at a meeting scheduled for 5:30 pm on Thurs., October 10th.

City of Delray Beach & CRA to honor community activist Elizabeth "Libby" Wesley at 4p.m. ceremony on July 18th. A commemorative plaque will be unveiled at the plaza on the corner of West Atlantic Ave. & SW 5th Ave, which has been named in her honor.
