Regina Edwards is a 40 year old Black woman with children who has lived in north Minneapolis for the last 6 years. Regina is dying of colon cancer. The doctors a say they cannot operate,the local Black agency the Minneapolis Urban League is no help

The Northwest Area Foundation is responsible for these lack of actions taken by Northway Community Trust. Rather than building capacity for north Minneapolis - they choose to "play it safe" and be a "passive non-profit."
