Nicholas Myers is one of seven new agents to join Dream Town Realty last month. Mr. Myers grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and has been with the company since March 1st.

Dream Town Realty welcomed five new agents to its team of residential consultants in February, including Eddie Benitez who joined Dream Town at the end of the month.

Dream Town Realty is holding a photo contest for amateur and professional photographers to get their pictures published in a coffee table book about Chicago. Grand Prize is $2,500 and the cover. The book will be available to the public.

In the March 29th issue of Chicago Agent Magazine, Dream Town agent Kimberly Adams talks about the benefits of social media in today's real estate market. It is helping realtors build their client bases and grow their businesses.

Dream Town Realty combines forces with other Chicago real estate agencies for an open house tour this Sunday. Over a dozen condo and loft units for sale on Clinton Street and the surrounding blocks will be open for the event on March 28th.

Dream Town Realty joins several other Chicago real estate companies for a neighborhood-wide tour of homes in Andersonville on Sunday, March 28th. Over 25 homes will host open houses for the event, which runs from noon to 3pm.

Chicago brokerage Dream Town Realty announces the addition of real estate agent Richard Mell to the company. Mr. Mell is a licensed broker who specializes in condo, townhome and co-op sales on the North and Northwest sides of the city.

Dream Town Realty announces that Chicago real estate agent BJ Tregoning is now a residential specialist with the company. Mr. Tregoning joined Dream Town in February. He provides home buyer and seller services to the Chicagoland market.

Dream Town Realty is the listing company for an historic Prairie-style home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright colleague John Van Bergen. The 4-bedroom house is a Chicago Landmark and the only existing building by Van Bergen in the city.

Dream Town Realty is proud to welcome Chicago-area real estate agent Suzy Grossman to the company. Ms. Grossman is a longtime realtor who has received several professional awards. She joined the company last month as a residential specialist.
