As of November 23rd, 2009 Dynasty Limousine has reached the end of the one year waiting period for stock quotation eligibility. Final documents are being filed with regulators, and the Company expects to begin public trading within two weeks.

Dynasty Limousine finishes the third quarter with a modest increase over 2008. The company was featured in the Jacksonville Bridal Show on September 13th, and has seen growth in this segment. Dynasty is going public in less than two months.

Dynasty Limousine has posted an 11% increase in revenues through July of this year. The company has hired StockTrans as it's registered transfer agent and expects to begin trading on the OTC/Pink Sheet exchange on or about November 23rd, 2009.

Dynasty Limousine posts an 8% increase in revenues year-to-date. Second location in Orange Park, Florida is now open and generating additional revenues. The company expects it's initial quotation on the OTC market on or about November 23, 2009.

Company has opened an additional office serving Orange Park, Amelia Island, Fleming Island and Gainesville, Fl. Dynasty Limousine has posted record revenues through the first five months of 2009.

Company revenues up 11% over Q1 2008, March resulted in the best revenues and profits in the company's history.

Revenues up 7% through the first two months in 2009 despite current economic climate. Company recently received approval from the City of Jacksonville to receive Government contracts through their JSEB procurement system.

Dynasty Limousine featured in the February issue of LCT magazine and named a finalist for Limousine Operator of the Year. The company has also met requirements for it's listing on the Stock Market later this year.

Dynasty Limousine announces results from operations. October 2008 saw revenues surpassing our best month ever. Company named a finalist for LCT Magazine's Limousine Operator of the Year.
