Why the creation of "McEmbryos" is just plain wrong - a response to a recent LA Times article about California Conceptions and the creation of embryos from donated eggs and sperm

EDI Medical Director Dr. Craig Sweet conducted an in-depth research project in conjunction with Florida Gulf Coast University. The project sought to determine which embryo recipient characteristics would be most preferred by potential embryo donors.

In an effort to expand knowledge about embryo donation and to support donors, recipients and the resulting children, Dr. Craig Sweet, EDI’s medical director, has written a unique five-part blog series about embryo donation disclosure.

Local reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. Craig R. Sweet, is working with other physicians and practices to determine the causes of some early pregnancy losses.

April 28th is "Pay it Forward Day", but at Embryo Donation International, it's supported everyday. For embryos donated and on behalf of its patients, EDI will contribute a cash donation to one of 10 international, national and regional charities.

Led by Founder and Medical Director, Dr. Craig R. Sweet, Embryo Donation International has officially launched today. The medical facility gives frozen embryos a chance at life and patients a chance at parenthood.
