GOAL SYSTEMS

Transporte Masivo de Panamá (MIBUS) will implement GOAL SYSTEMS’ complete planning and scheduling solution for urban transit systems for the optimal planning and scheduling of its operations.

SITP is TRANSMILENIO’s advanced response to the future transportation challenges result from the city’s population increase.

The project consists in the deployment of the systems GoalBus® and GoalDriver® in Express de Futuro, to satisfy the challenges of an optimized programming for buses and drivers, in the Company’s daily operation.

RATP DEV forward-looking, as GOAL SYSTEMS’ itself, is that of tackling the changes in the infrastructures of cities and companies in an efficient and well organized way.

For the dimensioning of bus and passenger volumes, planning and optimization of routes, and assignation and roster, GOAL SYSTEMS’ products GoalBus® and GoalDriver® have been used.

Throughout a network of more than 2.000 km long, operated by 9.000 agents, ONCF annually transports about 36 million tons of freight and 28 million passengers, by means of a rolling material stock of more than 200 engines and 6.000 wagons.

GoalBus® deployment project was kicked-off on March the 1st, 2009, starting with the trunk line and some of the feeder lines. In a second phase, on October the 25th 2009, GoalDriver® went live.

We hope our little contribution helps reestablishing normality after the tragedy.
