GSF Mortgage welcomes Scott Ozark to their Appleton, WI branch. Ozark will work under Mike Cox, Branch Manager. Ozark graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in finance. He went on to receive his master’s degree from Lakeland College.

GSF Mortgage is excited to welcome Ruth Watkins and her team. Watkins is joined by Joshua Rosensweet and Pat Tiso; both of whom are loan originators. Watkins comes to GSF with more than 3 decades of experience in the mortgage industry.

GSF Mortgage welcomes Stephen Exley, Branch Manager in The Woodlands, TX area. Exley brings with him a team of loan originators, which include Ellen Exley, Nancy Sanford and Michael Urias.

GSF Mortgage welcomes Michelle Nikolay as Branch Manager to Marshfield, WI. Nikolay is highly involved in her local home purchase business and enjoys working with USDA customers.

GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome a family-focused team to Bolivar, TN. Bobby Roberts, Branch Manager brings with him a staff of loan officers and processors, which include his daughter Amy Nuckolls and son Phillip Roberts.

GSF Mortgage is thrilled to announce they have established a corporate branch in Appleton, WI. Pam Gustafson and Scott Bonovich have partnered to familiarize the Fox Valley with GSF Mortgage.

GSF Mortgage is increasing their customer focus in Maryland by adding a second branch. Leonette “Lee” Spencer will oversee the new branch in Pasadena, MD.
