A planned protest by a consortium of groups and individuals, supporting the continuation of Hemet's own police and fire departments, as opposed to outsourcing to the County of Riverside is called for Noon, Friday 3/1/13 at the closed Hemet City Hall.

Gary R Cook appointed Chair of Hemet-San Jacinto Democratic Club's Candidate and Government Outreach Committee, starting the week of January 13, 2013. Gary is looking for Democratic party-affiliated candidates for offices in the San Jacinto Valley.
