The St. Louis area based Gateway Pest Control LLC has announced an agreement in principle to acquire Carter’s Pest Control Inc. The purchase will expand Gateway's service area along the I-55 corridor from Cape Girardeau to St. Louis, Missouri.

When any member of the Light of Love Fellowship Church in St. Louis, Missouri uses Gateway Pest Control 10% of their purchase will be donated directly to the church.

When any member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Arnold, Missouri uses Gateway Pest Control 10% of their purchase will be donated directly to the church.

When any member of the High Ridge Church of Christ uses Gateway Pest Control 10% of their purchase will be donated directly to the church.

Gateway Pest Control long a supporter of local youth associations has agreed to an advertising campaign in which coupons distributed at local sporting events will trigger an automatic 12% donation to the 2010 Lions softball team
