Glenpointe Spa & Fitness is happy to be welcoming Brian Kosa as the new General Manager.  Brian retired in 2015 at the early age of 56, after being in the health club business for 27 years as a GM, operator, and owner.

Although I do not necessarily believe in New Year’s resolutions, I understand the principle of wanting to start or break a habit that would improve one’s well being.

Glenpointe Spa & Fitness, Teaneck’s Premier Fitness Club & Spa, is collecting packaged food items for the New Jersey Food Bank, from November 9 – November 24, 2015.

Glenpointe Spa & Fitness is once again collecting new or gently used Winter Coats throughout October to help the needy.

Teaneck’s Premier Fitness Club & Spa is offering two exciting fitness classes this month to support the Susan G. Komen Fund and Breast Cancer Awareness. Crunch for the Cure & Spooky Scary Cycling will be open to all Bergen County residents.
