The Goodwill L.I.F.E. Academy, a Lee County Charter School for Students with Developmental Disabilities, has received a $1,500 donation from the North Fort Myers Rotary. The school will use it to help purchase educational materials and technology.

The Festival of Trees returns to Fort Myers this holiday season to delight Southwest Florida residents. The annual event opens on November 27 and continues through December 2, 2009. The trees will be auctioned at the black-tie Tux and Trees Gala.
