The planned Tri-County Regional Healthcare System in South Carolina continues to move forward. The three involved hospitals have just announced that they are in agreement to file Chapter 9 restructuring petitions.

HMP is signing management agreements with Barnwell County Hospital, Allendale County Hospital, and Bamberg County Hospital, the 3 hospitals that will become a part of the Tri County Regional Health System (TCRHS) in South Carolina.

Following then opening of the New York Office a year ago, Healthcare Management Partners has closed its office in Philadelphia and relocated its headquarters to New York City.

Healthcare Management Partners and Dobbs Equity have signed Letters of Intent which provide that they will join forces to create a tri-county healthcare system in the South Carolina counties of Allendale, Bamberg, and Barnwell.
