Happenings Media announces a partnership with Verve Mobile to deliver mobile advertising across the Happenings Media network of hyperlocal digital lifestyle magazines.

After the success of The Happening List competition by Bucks Happening in spring 2012, a second Happenings Media publication, Ocean Happening, is debuting the people's choice awards contest in Ocean County, NJ.

In July 2012, Happening Media's 15 hyperlocal digital lifestyle magazines unveiled a fresh look with several upgrades- a Loyalty Program powered by gaming, content submission forms, a self-service banner ad platform, and a new calendar of events.
