Holladay Properties launched a new coporate blog with an inaugural message delivered by the company's President and CEO, John Phair. The blog, hosted by Wordpress, will be used to promote and improve communication and interaction.

The Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis, a 78-acre site located within AmeriPlex-Indianapolis, has become Indiana's newest Certified Technology Park. The park is a joint venture development of Holladay Properties and the Purdue Research Foundation.

Holladay Properties has named Austin B. Haynes, Jr. formerly of Crossroads Realtors in Manassas, VA, as the new Eastern Region Sr. Vice President of Development. Haynes also founded a public relations company specializing in land use issues in VA.

Holladay Properties has recieved financing to build a new 98,500 square foot facility for the Indiana Department of Revenue. The building will also house the Motor Carrier Services Division and a BMV branch, consolidating existing space in AmeriPlex.

Heritage Square, Holladay Properties' 180,000 sq. ft. retail development at the intersection of SR 23 and Main Street in Mishawaka, IN, will be hosting the "Heritage Road Show," an antique road show type event, on Sat. June 23 from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Holladay Properties has been chosen to provide design services for the interior improvements of Fronius USA's new 399,500 sq. ft. North American Headquarters in Portage, IN. Holladay Construction Group will serve as the project's general contractor.

Success in development - AmeriPlex at Elm Hill in Nashville, TN, is NAIOP-Nashville Chapter's Industrial Development of the Year and is also under consideration for the Urban Land Institute-Nashville Chapter's Excellence in Development Award.

Holladay Properties has launched a website for McKinley Woods, Holladay's 82-unit multi-family residential community in Mishawaka, Ind., the latest step in a series of efforts to rebrand and update the property since its acquisition it in 2011.
