In May of 2014, an individual was killed on the I-95. Kalka & Baer, LLC discovered the truck driver had violated the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s hours of service regulations and the case settled outside of court for $1,875,000.

A 71-year-old Acworth man succumbed to his injuries from a car wreck and died at a Marietta hospital earlier this month. The victim’s family has retained Kalka & Baer LLC to represent them in their wrongful death case.
