The Department of Correctional Service (DCS) Jamaica Probation (After-care)Unit has participate in Kevoy Community Dev. Inst. KCDI Jamaica "Youth Empowerment Programme" 35 Youths within the Parish of St. Thomas Jamaica are part of the programme.
