Anytime Fitness hosts a plaza wide event for the National Family Health and Fitness Day. The event will include a day filled with free fitness classes, a whole food scavenger hunt for kid and a free course on reading food labels.
Living Fit OC will be hosting regular monthly wellness days at the SoCo and Newport Beach farmers market. The Living Fit Network consists of natural health and wellness practitioners who are committed to health promotions and community outreach.
