Dominate your opponents on the golf course this season! Personal training studio Momentum Fitness is offering a 6 week group fitness golf training starting April 28th, 2010.

Personal training studio Momentum Fitness will spread the importance of a healthy diet this Nutrition Month by offering an informative grocery store tour at the nearby IGA. Everyone is welcome to join on Thursday March 18th at 6:30pm.

Since February is also heart month Momentum Fitness is offering all clients access to their cardio equipment free for the entire month with a small donation made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC and Yukon.

Personal training studio, Momentum Fitness will be holding it's annual “Train the Trainer” charitable event Saturday December 19th, 2009. MFit's members will get to exact some much anticipated revenge on their trainers in the name of charity.

Always concious of environmental issues and the importance of the local economy, Momentum Fitness is holding a wine and cheese tasting to promote local Mt Lehman Winery and Mount Pleasant Cheese.
