Monarch Metal launched the new MFSS-CHAN stainless steel hanging system to aid its customers in mounting curtain wall, building envelope or rain screen panels.  The new system offers a one inch air space to comply with most building codes.

Monarch Metal has released a new hanging system for mounting HPL Phenolic, Glass and ACM panels.  Monarch’s engineering team worked with 3M and the major HPL panel manufacturers to devise a system that would reduce labor and installation time.

Monarch is now offering sharp corner stainless structurals such as stainless angle, channel, t bar and tube. The sharp corners create a clean aesthetic and are easier than hot rolled products to finish with a brushed or mirror polish.

Monarch Metal has developed a low profile, stainless steel standoff with a curved cap that offers a clean, silhouette aesthetic. These standoffs are available in standard sizes up to 2 inches in diameter and in custom sizes beyond 2 inches in diameter.

Monarch Metal has released the testing results for the Monarch Z Clip hanging system.   Monarch engaged Qualtim, Inc. of Madison, Wisconsin to undertake load testing of the Monarch Z Clip system for mounting panels in the most typical installations.

Monarch Metal launched the Monarch Z Clip selector tool today, which allows architects and installers to quickly determine the right Monarch Z Clip to use with their architectural woodwork / panel hanging application.

Monarch Metal has begun stocking a Monarch Z Clip with the mounting holes in-line vs. offset. This allows customers using CNC machines or line boring machines to pre-drill holes to reduce panel processing times by 50% or more.

Monarch Metal has developed a stainless steel z clip for hanging panels in environments that require more corrosion protection or strength, such as exterior applications.

Monarch Metal now offers a custom fabricated ¼" Lift Off version of its Monarch Z Clip hanging system that allows customers to mount panels even closer to the finished ceiling.
