"Walk for America" moved to September 11th start date and an invitation extended to one retired member of each branch of the military to join creator Kevin McCrudden on the 3,000 mile trek from New York to San Diego.

The "Walk for America," that is to benefit military charities such as Operation Reinvent, Operation Homefront and Wounded Warrior Project, which was supposed to begin this Saturday, July 4th has been postponed to a later date.

Military charity focused on helping returning female military veterans chosen as recipient of funds from "Walk for America."
