The No To Bike Parking Tax Campaign has highlighted payments from Haulage Firms to Westminster Council, that call into question ‘template letters’ from those firms to the NTBPT Campaign, who are calling for an end to charging for motorcycle bays.

The NTBPT Campaign reacted with scorn today to Westminster’s attempt to push through their tax by reducing the daily rate in bays and installing some free bays in carparks, in a move seen as political maneuvering to gain publicity for the Council.
