OTTER LLC of Seattle, WA announced today that OTTER’s texting management and texting while driving solution is now available at Nokia’s Ovi Store and it will be featured by Nokia at the CTIA Wireless Convention starting March 22nd in Orlando.

The OTTER app was chosen by Telefónica to be a case study for its new Developer Platform called BlueVia (www.bluevia.com).

The US Patent and Trademark Office issued the certificate of trademark to OTTER LLC on November 16, 2010. All patent documents filed by OTTER LLC have also been accepted by the same government office and are currently under review.
