Premier Workspaces announces its latest location in Irvine's Spectrum area. The company has taken over a workspace that was previously managed by another operator, expanding its Irvine footprint to more than 233,000 square feet across 10 locations.

Premier Workspaces has been selected to reposition and manage coworking operations at "The Heights" in Aliso Viejo. This modern 30,000 sqft space was formerly operated by TechSpace and most recently Industrious.

Premier Workspaces recently signed a 10-year lease with the Barker Pacific Group at 301 N. Lake Avenue in Pasadena.

Premier has owned or operated 134 workspace locations representing 2.4M sqft in 12 states plus DC over the past 20 years.

Premier Workspaces is partnering with California Home Builders to open their second partnered location, QWork Topanga. The new 9,150 square foot private office and coworking space is located on the ground level of The Q Topanga.

Harbor Associates has selected Premier Workspaces to operate its 20,200 square foot flexible workspace at 400 & 440 North Mountain Avenue in Upland. "We're excited about this opportunity" said Michael Pollack, Premier's Director of Real Estate.

The pandemic has shaken up the coworking space industry with struggling and bankrupt operators dominating the headlines. Many operators closed their doors, leaving office building owners with vacant floors.

Douglas Emmett selected Premier Workspaces to reopen, reposition and manage their 28,000 square foot coworking space left behind by Regus (an IWG company) in their Executive Tower in West Los Angeles when their lease expired.
