Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS)

Oregonians Lynn C. Johnson of Portland and Dr. Allen J. Douma of Ashland were elected to two different PRS boards on October 19, 2009.

Founded in 1975, Capitol Lakes, downtown Madison’s only retirement community, became an affiliate of national leader PRS and was renamed “Capitol Lakes” on April 2, 2008.

The Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin awarded Capitol Lakes for the renovation of one of its senior residential buildings, The Heights.

PRS is pleased to announce that the $221.7 million bond closing for the construction of Mirabella at South Waterfront in Portland, Oregon, closed on August 26, 2008.

Cascade Manor, Eugene's only Continuing Care Retirement Community, has been accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC), the nation's only accrediting body for CCRCs, after a rigorous and voluntary yearlong process.
