ProOne signs distribution agreement with NOV for its downhole drilling fluid. The companies are at the Permian Basin International Oil Show this week. They are focused on success in the Permian initially, but ProOne is now available World Wide.

ProOne's drilling fluid proven to be "non-hazardous to acquatic life" while its high temperature lubricating capabilities in water-based mud exceeds those of oil-based mud or "invert." This means increased performance, savings and less enviro-risk.
