Joanna M. Tollenaere, J.D. joins Roach Howard Smith & Barton as a Commercial Sales Executive. She will focus on developing new client relationships and strategic partnerships with companies in both the public and private sectors.

Julia Miller Spracklen, J. D. joins Roach Howard Smith & Barton as Vice President of Risk Services. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the employees and function of the Risk Services department.

Keleigh Buchanan was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President at Roach Howard Smith & Barton. She advises individuals and families on their risks and offers them cost-effective solutions.

Jamie Stalcup joined Roach Howard Smith & Barton in July 2014 as a Personal Client Advisor for Personal Lines insurance sales in our Fort Worth Office. Jamie began her insurance career in 2005. She has specialized in personal lines.
