Washington County Rotaract

For the second time, Washington County Rotaract “panhandled” for donations in the Portland and Vancouver area. Donations tripled the amount received at the first Panhandling for Polio. The club is now preparing for World Panhandling Day in 2010.

For the second time, Washington County Rotaract will be “panhandling” for donations in the Portland. Donations go toward Rotary’s Polio Plus Challenge. This event is in preparation for World Panhandling Day sponsored by the club in 2010.
