The SUNY Ulster Advantage program will help entering students who placed below college-level on their student assessments improve their writing, reading, math and academic skills; gain confidence in their abilities.

SUNY Ulster is accepting entries from Hudson Valley artists for its new regional juried exhibition, “Water,” opening in 2012 at the Muroff Kotler Visual Arts Gallery.

College students can earn credits quickly and economically during their holiday break by taking online or classroom courses through SUNY Ulster’s Winter*net program, which lets them earn three credits in three weeks.

High school students entering their junior and senior years can earn early college credits or prepare for getting into college at SUNY Ulster’s new High School Summer Academy.

In response to growing demand for skilled professionals in emergency services, SUNY Ulster is offering an information session on training for jobs in the field on April 28 at the Stone Ridge campus.

Attendees will get an overview of campus life through presentations, tours, information sessions and workshops as well as participate in fun activities and games at this free one-stop-shop event beginning at 10:00 a.m.

SUNY Ulster Associate Professor of Government and History Dr. Ray Raymond will be honored by His Royal Highness, Prince Andrew, The Duke of York, at a ceremony at St. James’s Palace, London, on Oct. 25.
