Sable Shortbread

This fall, Sable Shortbread Bakery has added a fresh pop of colour to Downtown Windsor — transforming its storefront at 138 Gerrish Street with a vibrant new coat of its signature pink pantone coupled with crisp white trim.

Sable Shortbread is pleased to share its Italian Canadian heritage for the feast of San Giuseppe on March 19, a feast celebrated annually in Italy and Italian communities around the world.
