Sanctuary One

After several years of planning, permitting, fundraising, and construction, and thanks to the 100+ donors who gave $120,000 for it, Sanctuary One's (Jacksonville, Ore.) new cage-free cottages for rescued dogs and cats are now officially open.

Sanctuary One, a nonprofit care farm located in Jacksonville, Oregon, is currently in eighth place in a national online voting contest where the top-five vote getters win an entire orchard of fruit trees and help planting the trees, too.
