SpectrumS4 LLC, a joint venture of Spectrum Comm Inc. and S4 Inc., has been awarded a contract worth up to $851 million to provide Engineering & Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS II) to Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC).
