St. John's Episcopal Hospital is a recipient of the New York State Perinatal Quality Collaborative (NYSPQC) Obstetrical Improvement Project's 2015 Quality Improvement Award.

The Department of Surgery at St. John's is pleased to welcome Dr. Neysa Valentin to the Surgery Team.  Dr. Valentin is board certified in General Surgery and board-eligible in Vascular Surgery.  She holds a B.S. degree from Perdue University.

Christopher J. Parker, DNP(c), RN, NEA-BC, CHCQM, FAIHQ, has joined St. John’s as Chief Operating Officer.

The Pedriatic  Department at St. John’s is pleased to welcome Dr. Arthur DeLuca to the Pediatric Team.  Dr. DeLuca is a board certified Pediatric  Pulmonologist.

St. John’s Episcopal Hospital is pleased to announce that Mr. Del Joiner has been appointed to Interim Vice President of Quality.  In his new role, Del will oversee the Clinical Quality and Patient Safety of the Hospital.

St. John's Episcopal Hospital has announced that they will be starting a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Winter Extended Unit in January 2016

St. John’s Episcopal Hospital’s 2016 New Years Baby St. John’s Episcopal Hospital welcomed their New Year Baby on Jan 1 at 1:15AM with the birth of a healthy  girl. Skylar Faison was born weighing 6lb 10oz according to mom Shakira.

Susan Walberg will meet and sign books in the lobby at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital on October 29th, the anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, at 11AM-12PM and 2PM-3PM. A donation will go to the hospital from the proceeds.
