Private investor announces purchasing nearly 15% of outstanding shares of Stealth Energy Inc.

Stealth closes private placement which will provide capital with which to finish natural gas pipeline to connect completed production wells to sales line, thereby initiating cash flow for company.

Stealth has made further payment on the oil and gas lease known as the Red Beer Prospect in Stillwater, Montana. Total payments are $202,500 to date, balance of $55,000 will be paid in 2 months.
