Back in 2009 News13, brought viewers a story about two property owners in the Stillwater lake community being sued for trademark infringement. Now they've won part of the legal battle and are suing back.

Mike Glassic started stillwaterlakes.net to foster communications between property owners and their HOA. It turned into an attack on free speech and an attempt to steal his domain name through frivolous litigation.
