Ninety-eight years ago, Lone Star Dietz was toasted by football fans across the country after his Washington State team defeated Brown University on New Year’s Day in Pasadena, California.

Author Tom Benjey will display artifacts related to Lone Star Dietz at his induction into the College Football Hall of Fame on July 20-21. Benjey will bring original artworks done by Dietz & the only surviving 1908 St. Louis Globe-Democrat spread.

Marcia Dale Weary founded the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet in 1955 and has grown it into a world-class school for ballet training. Numerous CYPB alumni now perform in ballet companies around the world with many becoming principal soloists.
