Owners of Gipsy Moth IV, Rob Thompson and Eileen Skinner have announced the launch of their new charity The Gipsy Moth Trust at Panerai British Classic Week.

For the second year running two students from alternative education provider UKSA have won awards at the IW College Awards.

Copies are flying off the shelves after superyacht chef and writer Malcolm Alder-Smith launched his unique and meticulously researched 300 page guide, The Marine Cookery Bible, at the youth maritime charity, UKSA, in Cowes.

The historic yacht Gipsy Moth IV will be sailing in the JP Morgan Asset Management Round the Island race this year, with youngsters from Cowes based maritime charity UKSA onboard as part of the crew.

Following the success of Channel 4’s show Dream School, one of its students has received funding to train on a Watersports Internship at leading youth maritime charity UKSA.

Lt Col Neal Yeoell (52) came to UKSA to train for his Commercial Yachtmaster qualifications. Neal’s story is a great example of how it is never to late to change careers!
