Thriller writer J.A. Carlton is now using her Young Adult “Heroes of the Line” series to show victims of abuse that in spite of their hardships, they can be heroes.

Last weekend J.A. Carlton, launched a child abuse prevention campaign on her Nick, of Time FB page urging visitors to “Join the Heroes of the Line” (after her book's title), and pledges 30% of her own royalties to the prevention of child abuse.
