One of TV’s most popular shows will NOT be coming to Vancouver Island despite recent ads appearing in British Columbia papers giving the impression that another of the ‘Canadian Antiques Roadshow’ series is in the making.

On the surface, antique dealers and 21st century marketing techniques might seem to be an odd pairing. “Not so”, says VanIsleAntiques.com originator Beth Campbell Duke.

Luis Porretta, Canadian Antiques Roadshow Alumnus, is pleased to announce the opening of his new antique and collectibles store at the Nanaimo North Town Centre. The new store, “Luis Porretta Fine Arts”, will be opening February 5th 2011.
